MAKERS LAB

Equipped with high-tec tools, such as 3D printers and laser cutters, the Make Science space will give participants the ability to imagine, invent, and explore scientific concepts and ideas. Inspired by one of the latest trends in education, called the “Maker Movement,” which emphasizes the use of a wide variety of technology to support and promote learning, the Make Science space will allow students (i.e. the “makers”) to drive their own learning process, using their creativity and ingenuity to experiment with various scientific concepts and build products with their own hands.

The space will contain a combination of traditional laboratory materials and a digital prototyping lab.

Unique Features

  • Digital prototyping lab (laser cutter, 3-D printer, computers)
