Outfitted with a fully functioning kitchen, the Culinary Lab will allow participants to conduct hands-on activities and experiments to investigate the chemical, physical, and biological aspects of food and food production.
A hydroponic gardening system, which will cascade along an entire wall of the lab, can be used for experimentation and cooking. With the ability to host up to 26 people, the lab is ideal for small group activities or individual self-guided activities.
